Maintenance methods for Hyra screw compressors
Regular maintenance of main components: In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of Hyra air compressors and guarantee the service life of the units, a detailed maintenance plan must be formulated, and operations should be carried out by designated personnel, with regular maintenance and inspection to keep the Hongwuhuan air compressor units clean, oil-free, and free of dirt. Refer to the following table for the maintenance of main components:

A. When repairing and replacing various components according to the above table, it must be ensured that the pressure in the Hyra air compressor system has been released, it has been separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been turned off, and a safety sign prohibiting closing has been put up.

B. The replacement time of cooling and lubricating oil for air compressors depends on the usage environment, humidity, dust in the air compressor, and whether there are acidic or alkaline gases in the air. For newly purchased Hyra air compressors, new oil must be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation. Later, it should be replaced every 3000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. Machines with annual operation of less than 3000 hours should be replaced once a year.

C. The oil filter of Hyra air compressors must be replaced within 300-500 hours of the first startup. The second replacement is at 2000 hours of use. After that, it should be replaced every 2000 hours according to the normal time.

D. When repairing and replacing the air filter or intake valve, be sure to prevent any debris from falling into the main cavity of the screw air compressor. When operating, close the inlet of the main unit. After the operation is completed, rotate the main unit several times in the rotation direction of the main unit by hand to ensure that there is no obstruction before starting the machine.

E. For screw air compressors, the tightness of the belt should be checked every 2000 hours or so of operation. If the belt is loose, it must be adjusted until the belt is tightened. To protect the belt, prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil contamination throughout the process.

F. Each time the oil is changed, the oil filter must be replaced at the same time.
