The HDR-B1 integrated open-pit down-the-hole drilling rig combines the functions of a down-the-hole drilling vehicle and a mobile air compressor. It has a compact structure, is highly maneuverable, and allows for convenient relocation and transfer between sites. The drilling rig is equipped with a two-stage dry dust removal system that effectively reduces dust emissions. This equipment is primarily used in open-pit operations such as ore and limestone mining, as well as road construction projects.
The HDR-B1C model upgrades the drill carriage from steel to aluminum alloy on the basis of the B1 and equips it with an automatic rod changing system to enable single-person operation. These improvements significantly reduce labor intensity, improve hole straightness, and increase the overall drilling efficiency by approximately 15%.
